(Yug es la ra\u00edz s\u00e1nscrita significa uni\u00f3n)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo principal del yoga es el de <strong>calmar la mente<\/strong> y el n\u00facleo de la pr\u00e1ctica consiste a <strong>tomar conciencia<\/strong> del propio cuerpo a <strong>trav\u00e9s de la respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la observaci\u00f3n de los movimientos y de las <strong>sensaciones corporales<\/strong> que estos generan, es por eso por lo que el yoga se considera la mejor herramienta de autoconocimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una mente en calma vive en el momento presente y puede afrontar cualquier su cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo el mundo puede practicar yoga, pero <strong>el enfoque hacia un menor o adulto tiene que ser diferente <\/strong>por razones obvias, puesto que las din\u00e1micas del cuerpo y de la mente son tambi\u00e9n diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando hablamos de menores o adolescentes que est\u00e1n ingresados por un proceso oncol\u00f3gico, <strong>la pr\u00e1ctica consiste en movimientos suaves y sesiones cortas<\/strong> que, a trav\u00e9s del juego, en el caso de los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, ayuden a tomar conciencia de la respiraci\u00f3n y el estado emocional, ya que los y las ni\u00f1as viven m\u00e1s en el momento presente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es <strong>especialmente relevante la persona que los gu\u00eda<\/strong>, que tiene que estar formada con conocimientos de sin fronteras\u201d, esta \u00faltima, es una entidad sin \u00e1nimo de lucro que su objetivo es llevar el yoga a colectivos vulnerables o desfavorecidos, su equipo est\u00e1 formado por gente joven
