Aquello les hizo detectar muchas carencias que exist\u00edan entonces. Necesidades espec\u00edficas derivadas de este diagn\u00f3stico que hicieron que se organizaran para buscar soluciones y encontrar respondidas que mejoraran este proceso. A lo largo de estos a\u00f1os, la entidad se ha profesionalizado y ha puesto en marcha programas y<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>servicios destinados a mejorar la calidad de vida y la salud psicosocial de todos estos ni\u00f1os y adolescentes y sus familias.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>En 1988, la entidad fue registrada como Asociaci\u00f3n no lucrativa con el n\u00ba 9846 en el Registro de entidades jur\u00eddicas del Departamento de Justicia de la Generalidad de Catalu\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>AFANOC ha desarrollado desde su creaci\u00f3n una importante labor en \u00e1mbitos muy diversos en torno a las necesidades que tienen las familias cuando un ni\u00f1o es diagnosticado de c\u00e1ncer. Necesidades muy diversas que afectan tanto al ni\u00f1o o ni\u00f1a, como a los padres, madres, hermanos, hermanas, amigos, escuela\u2026<\/p>\n<p>La realidad que se encontraron en 1987 no se correspond\u00eda con las necesidades que se generaban con esta enfermedad de larga duraci\u00f3n y de pron\u00f3stico incierto: <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d776040\" data-id=\"d776040\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3dc9bd1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3dc9bd1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>estancias muy largas en espacios no preparados para los ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as ni para sus acompa\u00f1antes, familias desplazadas lejos de sus casas sin sitio donde dormir y descansar, ning\u00fan apoyo psicol\u00f3gico para afrontar las diferentes etapas del tratamiento, falta de est\u00edmulos para los ni\u00f1os, ausencia de planificaci\u00f3n para escolarizarlos, falta de informaci\u00f3n sobre la enfermedad\u2026 En resumen, las familias se sent\u00edan sin ninguna ayuda ni apoyo.<\/p>\n<p>En un principio los familiares comenzaron organizando grupos de ayuda mutua, grupos de duelo, grupos de b\u00fasqueda de informaci\u00f3n de la enfermedad y comenz\u00f3 a consolidarse un peque\u00f1o grupo de voluntarios bien activos. A medida que la entidad se iba consolidando y creciendo se vio la necesidad de profesionalizar la Asociaci\u00f3n con un equipo multidisciplinario.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-129443a elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"129443a\" mejorar la calidad de vida de los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes con c\u00e1ncer y sus familias y ha trabajado en la mejora de la salud psicosocial de todas ellas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section d&#8217;Hebron.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div
